Congress Early-bird Registration Fees

• Standard Participation Fee: 120 EUR
• Participants from Türkiye: 80 EUR
• Co-Author Fee: 80 EUR
• Co-Authors from Türkiye: 60 EUR
• Students & Graduate Students: 60 EUR
• Audience & Accompanying Persons: 80 EUR
• Late Registration Fee for All: 150 EUR (Early Registration Payment Deadline has been updated as September 15, 2025)

All fees are per participant and cover congress participation.
The conference fee covers coffee breaks, conference materials and gala dinner.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES    

• Each presenter may submit a maximum of two paper proposals:
  • One as the main author
  • One as a co-author
• Submission Requests: Submissions can be made via the online submission system.

Payment Method
All payments must be made online through the system.
